Very Good
The lift was a classic experience initially, grateful for its authenticity and function schlepping heavy suitcases. Rooms are beautiful / clean. Location location location. Coffee on offer....a treat. Extra attention of cake for my 15 year olds birthday ️. Hristina was a gem.

Great location, clean room
Great location, very close to the center and to the train station. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was working perfectly. There was complimentary coffee, water fountain and biscuits in the common area. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Florence is charming, as is the host. Really enjoyed our stay, and the central location was ideal
Great location- super convenient for walking to everything we wanted to see
Very noisy when other guests came in or out- our first night, two families were hanging out in the common area from 11:30 till well after midnight and we could hear everything
